To attend FreshFlow successfully you’ll need to arrive before 9am and be there until at least 9pm. Part of the “game” of the day is to give yourself at least 12 hours focussed on one thing you.

To attend successfully you’ll also need to attend with the core kit, this includes:

• Your Journal and Pen ( Ideally multi coloured black, blue, red ) – We recommend the PauseStopReset Journal
• Your Smart phone and phone charger
• Your Passport and Driving Licence
• Your Credit Card & Debit Card
• Your Swimming Costume
• At least £100 in local currency
